Photo in
Add a photo of your dog or cat and get it back as an 18th-century court portrait in oil: a crown and ermine, a general's medals, an admiral's tricorn or a lace ruff. Its breed, markings and eye color stay its own.

Questions
Royal pet portrait, answered
- Can I print it?
- A 3:4 portrait is 1728 by 2304 pixels, enough for a sharp print up to about 6 by 8 inches at 300 dpi, or larger at a lower resolution.
- Does it work for any pet?
- Dogs and cats held their breed in our runs, down to a torn ear and two eye colors. A lop-eared rabbit came back with upright ears, so check that your pet's breed held, and run it again if not.
- Can I put two pets in one portrait?
- It paints one pet. For two, run each one, with the same outfit or a matching pair.
- What does Royal pet portrait make?
- Your pet as the subject of a regal oil painting, in a crown, a uniform or a lace collar.
- What do I need to bring?
- A clear photo of one pet with its face visible.
- How does it work?
- Add a clear photo of one pet with its face in view. Pick an outfit: king, queen, general, Renaissance noble or admiral. Get up to four portraits in under a minute.
- What can I choose?
- Outfit: King, Queen, General, Renaissance noble or Admiral.
- How much does it cost?
- From $0.25 an image, and you see the exact price before you press go. A run that fails costs nothing, there is no subscription, and your first top-up has no card fee.
- Can I use the result commercially?
- Yes. You own what you make on Leap, so you can use it commercially, and we never train AI on it. The people and brands shown in a result can still have rights in it; the Terms say more.
- Can I run it from code?
- Yes. Developers run it as leap/pet-portrait through the Leap API, at the same price, with the same choices.
It runs on Seedream 4.5, with the prompting done for you. Rather write your own? Open a model's page and start from there.
