Real runs

What it has made

Each one came back as you see it, from the photo in its corner where there is one. The arms and the leg are generated: no real person is on this page.

Questions

Tattoo design, answered

Can I take it to my tattoo artist?
Yes, that is what it is for. It is a design, not a stencil: your artist will redraw it, size it to your body and adjust the lines so they hold up in skin over the years. Bring it to the consultation and talk it through.
Will it draw any symbol I ask for?
No. It leaves out hate symbols, gang and extremist insignia, characters from films, cartoons and games, brand logos and real people's faces.
How does the preview on my skin work?
Add a clear photo of the spot in good light, and the design comes back drawn into that skin as if it had healed, following the curve. The picture is cropped a little to 2:3, 1:1 or 3:2, whichever is closest to your photo.
What does Tattoo design make?
A tattoo design from your idea: one piece or a flash sheet in nine styles, shaped for where it goes, and shown on your skin if you add a photo.
What do I need to bring?
What the tattoo shows, such as "a moth with a crescent moon on its wings" or "a koi swimming up a waterfall".
How does it work?
Describe the tattoo, and pick a style and where it goes. Add a photo of the spot if you want to see it on your skin. Get up to four designs in about 15 seconds.
What can I choose?
Style: Fine line, American traditional, Neo-traditional, Blackwork, Japanese, Black and grey realism, Minimalist or Watercolor, and 1 more. Where it goes: Anywhere, Forearm, Upper arm, Shoulder, Chest, Back, Ribs or Calf, and 1 more. Layout: One design or Flash sheet.
How much does it cost?
From $0.40 an image, and you see the exact price before you press go. A run that fails costs nothing, there is no subscription, and you can start free without a card.
Can I use the result commercially?
Yes. You own what you make on Leap, so you can use it commercially, and we never train AI on it. The people and brands shown in a result can still have rights in it; the Terms say more.
Can I run it from code?
Yes. Developers run it as leap/tattoo through the Leap API, at the same price, with the same choices.

It runs on GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst, with the prompting done for you. Rather write your own? Open a model's page and start from there.
