Will it change my dish?
It is built not to: the food, the portion, the garnish and the plate stay as served, and only the camera, the light and the room change. In our runs the margherita kept its basil through the cheese pull, and the pancakes kept their blueberries and butter. If something changed, run it again.
Can the people in my photo be in the clip?
No. Anyone at the table, and the hand holding a drink, is left out, so the clip is only the dish. For a cheese pull or a crack, the tip of a fork or spoon comes in at the edge.
Does it have sound?
Yes. Each clip comes back with its own sound, made in the same take. Turn the sound on in the clip at the top of this page to hear the fajitas.
