Seedance prompts
Real prompts and the clips Seedance made from them on Leap: whole scenes with dialogue on Seedance 2.5 and 2.0, and pictures brought to life on Seedance 1.5 Pro. Copy a prompt, or press Make this to open the same model with the prompt in the box and the clip’s length and shape set.
12 prompts, each under the clip it made.
Scenes with dialogue and sound
Seedance 2.5 and 2.0 take a whole scene in one prompt. Four of these are written as Shot 1, Shot 2 and Shot 3; the office one is a single selfie shot, and the diner one a slow push along the counter. Spoken lines go in quotes after who says them and how (“says, completely deadpan”), and the sounds come near the end as a short list. The two Seedance 2.0 prompts then rule out on-screen text, subtitles and logos.

A photo brought to life, with sound
These started from a picture, so the prompt says only what happens next, beat by beat, and where the camera goes (“tracks alongside from the car window”). Then “Sound:” and three or four things you would hear.

How the first frame was made

GPT Image 2: Vertical photograph at windowsill level, 50mm lens, late afternoon sun. An old apartment in Kadıköy, Istanbul: a wide marble windowsill, faded turquoise wooden shutters open, the Bosphorus and a ferry hazy in the distance. A large grey tabby street cat with a torn left ear and a scarred nose sits on the sill staring deadpan straight into the lens, one front paw resting against a full tulip-shaped glass of dark red tea on a small saucer near the edge, a sugar cube beside it. At the edge of frame an older man's hand in a brown cardigan cuff with a gold wedding ring reaches toward the glass. Palette: tea amber, tabby grey, turquoise. Real fur, dust in the sunbeam, steam from the tea. No readable text, no logos.

How the first frame was made

Seedream 5.0 Pro: Street documentary photograph from a moving car, 35mm lens, morning haze. A chaotic street in Sayeda Zeinab, Cairo: white-and-blue minibuses, a donkey cart, old minarets in the dusty distance. A 17-year-old Egyptian bread delivery boy, skinny, a faded red T-shirt and flip-flops, rides a rusty black bicycle one-handed through the traffic while balancing on his head a huge wooden tray stacked with dozens of round baladi loaves, his other hand steadying it, calm and focused. Palette: dust gold, bread brown, minibus white and blue, faded red. Motion blur on the traffic, sharp on him, real dust and grain. No readable text, no logos.
Motion design and animation
Open with the kind of film (“Motion design:”, “3D animation:”), then one slow change and one camera move. The product clip is a single sentence: a slow orbit while a beam of light sweeps across the bottle.

How the first frame was made

Seedream 5.0 Pro: Minimal motion design still: folded translucent paper shapes arranged like an architectural flower in the center of the frame, partially opening, frosted vellum petals in pale white, lilac and soft coral, on a clean warm grey studio floor, a single strong light source casting long elegant shadows, three-quarter overhead view, generous empty space around it, premium design studio aesthetic, no text

How the first frame was made

Seedream 5.0 Pro: Stylized 3D animated feature film frame: a small round copper robot with big glowing cyan eyes and stubby arms carefully watering a tiny sprouting plant with a little watering can in a cozy overgrown greenhouse, warm afternoon sun through dusty glass panes, floating dust motes, soft bounce light, rich saturated colors, high-end family animation studio quality, no text
